Refund policy

Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Perishable goods such as food and candy cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, personal care items, holiday items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund after 7 business of our refund confirmation, first contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to processing time. If your bank or credit company is not able to track your refund, please contact us at info@solstadhouse.com.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@solstadhouse.com.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail it to: 488 Main St, Beacon, NY, 12508, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items purchased online can be returned in person at our store at 488 Main St, Beacon, NY 12508. It's a lot easier than shipping back the item if you're in or near Beacon. :)
