Coffee Labs - Witches Brew

Coffee Labs Roasters has been a cornerstone of the New York coffee community since opening its doors in Tarrytown in 2003. Owners Mike & Alicia Love were the first to bring relationship-driven coffees to the local scene, putting an emphasis on the farmers and producers who tirelessly work to elevate coffee quality.

One Halloween, a few years ago, Coffee Labs' Owner Mike Love was roasting late at night while listening to Bitches Brew by Miles Davis. Without realizing it, he accidentally mixed two batches of coffee in the roaster at the same time. Best mistake ever. It was so good they recreated the accidental blend, and have been roasting it ever since!
