It all started when a pie maker named Orion Bellorado met cannery professional Patrick Burr at a Farmer’s Market booth in Jackson Hole. In 2012, Roots Kitchen & Cannery launched, with a mission of providing delicious, locally-sourced jarred goods. Bursting with natural flavor, these unique combinations of jams are perfect as a spread or to use in baking recipes.
