Coffee Labs Roasters has been a cornerstone of the New York coffee community since opening its doors in Tarrytown in 2003. Owners Mike & Alicia Love were the first to bring relationship-driven coffees to the local scene, putting an emphasis on the farmers and producers who tirelessly work to elevate coffee quality.

Coffee Lab's award winning Circus Dog Espresso is a blend of Indian and South American coffees crafted by owner Mike Love. Blended specifically to produce a thick, rich crema and a sweet smooth finish.
